Twerk & Release is a playful and embodied experience where we move our bodies, release what we’ve been holding, and reconnect with the joy of being fully alive in our hips and our bodies.
Together we’ll dance, sweat, and celebrate in a supportive space guided by rhythm and community.
Music will be provided by DJ Selecta C, and we’ll close the morning with a refreshing Sandunga herbal drink to ground and refresh the body.
